Arts and Culture Manager required urgently for a Tier 1 Investment Bank. This role requires a seasoned project manager who has experience developing and implementing integrated cultural partnership, sponsorship, and communication and marketing strategies. Requires someone who has worked with arts and creative organisations, has managed agencies and has marketing experience. Knowledge of the banking industry not required but corporate experience essential.
Excellent project management skills with ability to create strategy and implement programmes to achieve results
Excellent understanding of marketing and wide vision for 360 programmes
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on detail
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
Highly organised, self starter and team player
An interest in art, culture, social issues and the wider CSR agenda and an understanding for the business rationale driving the CSR agenda
Ability to communicate confidently with staff across all levels and areas of the company
Problem solving and having a 'can do' approach
Resourceful, having initiative and able to work under pressure
Adaptable and flexible approach to the working day
Experience with PowerPoint presentations and excel
Ability to work directly with senior staff and displaying leadership qualities that provide you with a sense of gravitas
