Artifact Repository Expert - C++/Java Build Automation - Leading Inves

My client, a leading investment bank, is looking to bring on an excellent artefact repository expert to join their team. The primary role is to develop software for the quant library, including developing infrastructure, processes, tools and software components. This position requires someone who has a strong experience with build automation, as my client is looking to automate their build of their large C++ library. Experience with C++ is highly desirable, though my client is also interested in looking at strong developers across other technologies.

KEY SKILLS FOR THE ARTIFACT REPOSITORY EXPERT - C++/JAVA BUILD AUTOMATION - LEADING INVESTMENT BANK - LONDON

- Strong experience as an artefact repository expert
- In depth software development, in C++, Java, Python or C#
- Detailed knowledge of applying at least one build system to a large C++ build
- Detailed knowledge of applying at least one artifact system, eg Nexus, Maven, TeamCity, Artifactory, Ivy to a large software build
- Software engineering techniques
- Microsoft Visual C++
- Linux g++ would be a bonus

PREFERRED

- Knowledge of Maven, Ivy other manifest/artifact systems
- Tools and techniques for working within a large C++ class library
- Experience with Windows, Linux and multi-platform development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
