The development, testing and documentation of ARIS scripts are the core activities
required. Contract 6-12-1-2-3 year contract.
1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
The purpose of this fixed priced contract is twofold:
- The first goal is to sustain the post-production of ARIS 9.
- The second goal is to sustain the Time To Market objective by providing a first series of scripts that aggregates the information collected during the Business Process Analysis. This will enhance the support for realization of the IT project following the Business Process Analysis (BPA).
1.1. AIM4BPA SUSTAINING
ARIS is a key element in the customer landscape for process analysis, application landscape mapping and validation, process publishing, project support. It is in use since 2004 and the community of users has grown since then within the customer. It is a key pillar in different strategic initiatives of the customer.
NEW: decision was made to upgrade to this new version by enlarging the licenses scope with the new concurrent model, by migrating our current environment to the newversion 9.x and bringing new functionalities within the platform of customer.
By the time this contract will enter into force ARIS9 migration will be achieved and a sustaining phase will start.
1.2. ARIS4BPA
As the scope of ARIS use and its functionalities of modelling, publishing, collaboration and governance is growing, the BPMCC team has evaluated positively the opportunity to develop a set of ARIS scripts in order to collect all information gathered during BPA and reuse it quickly and optimally for realization of further development. Emphasis is on requirements.
The scope is limited to the support and sustaining of ARIS 9 after the migration.
2.2. ARIS4BPA SCOPE
The scope is limited to the development and testing of ARIS scripts that will use information from ARIS to capture elements of interest like business requirements, use cases and even the user interface. Documentation resulting from these scripts should be automatically generated and used in Calls for Tender whose subject matter is IT development.
