Project Overview

The Project Manager will lead the next wave of deployment for Ariba

Deployments include;
*Turkey
*UK
*Russia

Objectives

The main objectives for the project are:

1.Increase coverage of the Indirect spend. Channelling all requests for indirect goods and services through the Ariba Platform will provide visibility into business requirements, enabling the Procurement organization to better identify contracting opportunities for the large spend categories. The POC will have visibility into and responsibilities for ensuring the smaller spend categories are covered by performing buying activities for those spend. The combination of these two efforts should lead to an overall coverage of 90% of the Indirect spend.

2. Increase compliance to preferred suppliers, contracts and pricing. Capturing requests for indirect goods and services on the Ariba platform provides the opportunity to route these requests either automatically through platform technology or manually through POC intervention to preferred suppliers and ensure compliance to contract terms and pricing as well.

Accountabilities
*Defines plan, organises, tracks and manages the project oversight to meet defined requirements or business specifications.
*Creates and maintains project management deliverables for the project including work plans, project timeline, project charter, risks and issues
*Communication and change management for the project stakeholders
*Works with Programme Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
*Works with Program Management Office to ensure compliance to Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM)
