On behalf of our client, a world-leading pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Ariba Expert
ARIBA EXPERT, SAP SRM, CLM, PHARMA (CONTRACT, BASEL)
You will be responsible for assessing new or modified requirements with respect to technical feasibility and complexity and the impact on current and planned systems, standards and guidelines (requirements engineering). You will be exploring solution alternatives and verify their feasibility and Defining versions of products, software and releases. In addition, you will be in charge of analysis of problems, providing third level support, definition and implementation of the escalation procedures.
For this role we are looking for someone with experience with the following:
- SAP CLM - export Contracts + Attachments
- SAP SRM - export ACC Line Items (Contracts)
- Export Open Purchase orders
- Export un-balanced goods receipts (+ values)
- Close open Po's in Ariba source system
- Cancel old Po's in Ariba source system
- Testing of the system and dress-rehearsal testing
