Ariba Developer e-Procurement - 12 Month Contract Approx. - Melbourne

THE COMPANY
You will be working for one of the largest IT services companies in the world. Based in Melbourne, conveniently located close to public transport, this company is recognised as a leader in the field for their information technology solutions.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Ariba Developer E-procurement you will:

- Work with the process team to understand the end to end Source to Pay Process
- Identify opportunities for and implement changes in Ariba to improve end user satisfaction with the tool and usability
- Identify opportunities for and implement changes in Ariba to reduce cost per transaction
- Identify opportunities for and implement contract enablement, supplier enablement, e-invoice enablement to increase spend through contracts, Ariba Network and e-Invoice spend
- Suggest process improvements to enhance adoption of Ariba on Demand
- Configure the Ariba environment with required changes as appropriate
- Maintain the commodity configuration and documentation
- Upload master data, contracts and catalogues as required
- Perform system integration testing and other tests as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience as an Ariba Developer
- Ability to function as part of a virtual team
- Ability to modify working hours to suit activities and teams working in different time-zones
- Ability to configure Ariba on Demand S2P
- Ability to execute test cases and report defects
- Ability to produce documentation supporting configuration changes
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Proven functional experience working with Ariba on Demand
- Proven S2P process and domain knowledge
