Argo Technical Service Engineer

Come join an exciting new project! One of the leading Financial Services companies is rolling out a new Argo Retail Teller Bank Project this summer and needs experienced Argo Technical Service Engineers to help them lead the way!

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Installs, configures, and maintains ARGO Servers in banking environments.
- Manages releases to the branches
- Provides consultation to desktop packaging/delivery teams for delivery to branch workstations.
- Reviews ARGO Desktop logs & Server logs and assists in troubleshooting.
- Assists in streamlining the software deployment process to Middle Tier Servers and branches.
- Documents and transfers knowledge to customers, System Administrators, and Production Support staff.

SKILLS

Must have solid knowledge of overall ARGO Architecture, Hardware/Network setup and ARGO Software. Familiarity with ARGO 5.2 or higher of ARGO Teller Payments is required. Must be familiar with ARGO Systems Management Application and monitoring alerts. Must be familiar with technology stack including: Microsoft operating system, Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ), MS SQL Server, and Web Services. Minimum of 2 years of Argo/5 in Banking/IT required.
