Progressive Global Energy has been asked by a key account to source a Area Sales Representative to come join their Rig Solutions team. This is a new and exciting opportunity to work within an International drilling and production company within Oil & Gas.

Overall Objective:

To promote and sell a range of drilling equipment, machinery and services

Key accountabilities include:

* Establishing and building client relationships.

* To handle all technical and commercial enquiries.

* Assist evaluating bids and acknowledge as per company strategy.

* Analyse the competitive market in which the company operates in order to devise new sales strategies going forward.

* Contribute to the overall expansion of the company.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the following:

* Experience in a similar role.

* Background knowledge of Driling equipment & machinery.

* Track record in sales and good business awareness.

* HNC Qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable).

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with good people skills willing to carry out local and foreign travel as the business requires.

Candidates MUST have;

* A full drivers license

* Ability to travel

This is a staff position based in Aberdeen and will be paying between £35 - £40K.
