AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER - STAFFORDSHIRE

A large and well respected Utilities company in Staffordshire are recruiting an Area Operations Manager to join their team on an initial 3 month contract basis. The successful Area Operations Manager will have experience of managing a fast moving office and dealing with field agents.

- Experience of managing engineers is desirable

The successful Area Operations Manager will have strong credibility and strong communication skills to drive behavioural and performance improvement. You will be required to develop, engage and lead an effective team of engineers that is driven to deliver the operational, financial and growth targets for each contract and one that strives for continuous improvement

They will motivate and engage a team of Administration Staff/Technical Supervisors to deliver high levels of customer service & Client satisfaction through a team of direct and indirect workforce to increase the probability and performance across contracts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work for a national company with huge credibility. My client is looking to pay a daily rate of up to £350.
