Arcsight Content Developer - Brussels

Projektbeschreibung
Responsibilities
*Serve as a team member of subject matter experts in SIEM content technology and methodologies
*Provide consultation and expert advice regarding content capabilities and structures to clients, partners, and internal teams
*Architect, build, and maintain advanced and effective SOC and analysis monitoring content
*Constantly looking for new ways to monitor and alert on suspicious activity
Required Qualifications
*3+ years of strong proven experience in monitoring large datasets to find threats
*Developing, performance testing, and deploying advanced ArcSight ESM content in a high performance installation (>10,000 EPS)
*Creating advanced ArcSight multi-component rules, using variables, categories, and lists to enrich the rule output
*Understanding the difference between an efficient and inefficient ArcSight filter, and how system wide performance can be impacted by inefficient filters
*Creating and utilizing complex ArcSight filter structures to establish and maintain standardized data sets and components
*Testing and developing advanced ArcSight trending and reporting resources, aggregating large data sources efficiently to meet use cases while not impacting system performance/capabilities
*Knowledge/experience in utilizing the ArcSight network, zone, asset, and categorization models effectively
Preferred Qualifications
*ACSA/AESA
*ArcSight logger event analysis and reporting
*Ability to dissect and validate IDS/IPS signatures using network tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump
