Must Haves
Min 8 years experience in the drafting and implementation of ICT policies and content architecture
Relevant experience in a similar function, eg in consulting, management or in the area of program management
Affinity with the financial services in general and insurance in particular some notoriety in the market;
Full-fledged partner for EB, directors and managers and professional specialists;
Good communication skills
Have vision, initiative, creative, pragmatic researcher, proactive approach, networker within and outside Delta Lloyd, politically agile, self-conscious, authentic, accustomed to pressure, back straight, dares to confront critical and self-reflection, flare and leader
Excellent integrative intelligence.
