CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION
HIGHLY EXPERIENCED AND SKILLED IN THE SERVICE MANAGEMENT AREA WITH TOOLS AND PROCESSES
IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF SERVICENOW, AND GOOD KNOWLEDGE ON FLEXERA, SCCM, SERVICE MANAGEMENT (SM) TOOLS INTEGRATION, DATAMODELLING FOR SM TOOLS AND CMDB, MS CLOUD APP DISCOVERY.
WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CUSTOMER SELECTED IT PROVIDER, AND THE CUSTOMER IT DEPARTMENT
OBJECTIVE IS TO GUIDE AND ADVICE BOTH PARTIES ON BEST PRACTICES TO ACHIEVE THE OPTIMAL SET-UP FOR THE CUSTOMER OPERATION.
ASSIST THE CUSTOMER IN QUALITY CONTROL OF THE PROPOSED SOLUTION DESIGN, THE DOCUMENTATION AND AS NEEDED FOR TRAINING MATERIAL.
CONSULTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION
MOST OF THE WORK WILL TAKE PLACE IN OSLO WHERE THE PROJECT TEAM IS LOCATED.
JOB DESCRIPTION
THE CONSULTANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Participate in Transition &Transformation project
- Provide Architecture &Standards requirements, including interfaces & dataflows to the SM Toolset and coordinate with other tools - internal and external - as needed
- Coordinate and agree with SM Toolset Owner
- Support Contrator in their design
- Review design based on the customer requirement
- Review design
- Review the design of the Self service & Standard Request Portal
- Review the design of Central Application register
- Support creation of documentation and training material as needed
- Review the reporting - incl SLA
- Contribute to set-up of Governance, such as CAB, Architecture forums,
- SUPPORT TEST CREATION, EXECUTION AND ANALYSIS
