Architectural Assistant

Eden Brown are recruiting for a prestigious and industry-leading, architectural practice that are currently looking for experienced Architectural Assistants to join their busy residential team.

Our client is working on some of the most talked-about towers in London today. These are high-profile, luxury, residential projects currently in London and the surrounds. They are very busy with a confirmed workload going forward into the next two years and beyond. They are looking for Architectural Assistants who will have proven experience of assisting on a planning application for a similar project in the UK, to UK building regulations, and ideally will have worked on multi-unit residential projects previously. Candidates of particular interest will have considerable residential experience recently in their career and in large-scale schemes.
London Housing Design Guide knowledge put into commercial practice would be looked upon very favourably. Experience in producing tender and construction packages with AutoCAD on similar projects in the UK and to UK Building Regulations is a must.
