Projektbeschreibung
- Responsible for all aspects of the solution architecture related to CRM program under Digital Transformation
- Responsible for understanding and establishing architecture life cycle governance eg mapping of Business Objectives to Technology solutions/options, complex Product/Technology evaluations, migration options etc.
- Good knowledge of Marketing, Sales and Care CRM technologies (COTS) prevalent in the Telco industry
- In depth knowledge and experience of functions and capabilities required from CRM solutions
- Experience in working with architectures and components that drive to seamless integrations between Marketing, Sales & Service and BSS/OSS components
- Experience of current and leading architectures & technologiesthat connect or integrate CRM with web and mobile channels including self service/care
- Good working knowledge of Telco data models and data requirements
- Experience in working with cloud native solutions/architectures, caching based architectures, SOA/API management
