Our public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for an ARCHITECT TECHNICIAN to contribute to the delivery of new building developments, alterations and adaptation projects, prepare project specifications. You will also contribute to the monitoring and control of project costs and ensure project delivery within project budgets.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists - CIAT
- Project Management and Contract Administration experience
- Extensive AutoCAD experience
- Experience of current Technical Standards legislation including CDM Regulations
- Experience of NBS Building and NBS Create
- Competent 3D modelling skills - eg SketchUp
- Drivers Licence
- Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Publisher experience
- Autocad or Revit experience
