Architect - GAP Analysis (Senior)

Architect - GAP Analysis (Senior) wanted for an international bank in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Reporting the progress/budget/actuals/forecast to Head GAP Analyst
- Leading the architecture team
- Assuring adherence to the TOM (Target Operating Model)
- Coordinating all architecture relevant topics, the Temenos contacts for architecture, the Core Business Design Team (CBDT) and organizing architecture workshops
- Supporting the architecture team to define staffing needs for their area (other teams, SMEs and application responsibles)
- Defining the As-Is Architecture, common reference architecture (terminology, high level processes, scoping of T24 coverage), future process flows on a high level (eg trade/execution flows etc.), the business architecture, the integration architecture, the preparation of adjustments in/replacements of satellites, new application requirements, high level GAPs, the assumed and final future architecture landscape

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Strong Project Management skills and architecture understanding
- Good expertise in the private banking sector
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of project management tools (eg WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, budget/actual management, risk assessment etc.)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
