Architect - Exchange 2012

Projektbeschreibung

As an Exchange Architect, work for a large service provider to give specialist skills to the end client.

Duties:

- Support and management of day to day business as usual activities to ensure high availability, performance and capacity of the Exchange, messaging and server environment;
- Provide technical expertise to project teams on an "as required" basis;
- In conjunction with several other stakeholders, provide assistance for problem resolution;
- Liaise with third party service providers to ensure high quality service is provided
- Provision of 2nd and 3rd level Service Desk support as required; and
- Provide technical advice to other staff and participate in skills transfer as required and mentor junior staff

Skills:

- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in configuring and managing Exchange 2012 environments.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of mobile technology solutions for delivery of email, calendar, tasks and contacts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Australian citizenship and a minimum of Baseline security clearance are MANDATORY if you are interested in this role.
