ARCHITECT - EXCHANGE 2010, SC SECURITY CLEARANCE, DESIGNER, CONSULTANT

Our Global Enterprise Client is seeking an Exchange 2010 Consultant to work with their public sector client based in Taunton for 5 weeks starting on Monday 20th January ideally.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Exchange 2010 Design experience
* Strong document writing experience
* Experience working with Legacy versions of Exchange - 2003 in particular.

DELIVERABLES
Create design against the current Microsoft recommended practices and complete using design documents provided by the Project Team. Designs will be directed by the Tech Lead and Solution Architect. The Exchange design is required to cover the upgrade of the customer from the Legacy Exchange 2003 into a new service provided by Exchange 2010. Care is to be taken for Legacy messaging in use by the customer that is not supported by 2010 (so an instance is to be left at Exchange 2003). The customer estate is made of 1100 users (with an estimated 1500 mail boxes). The design is to consider DR, however the DR site is not going to be available in time for this project, so DR scope is consideration only, not full design. The design will be issued to the customer for a single review iteration.

A configuration guide is to be created which will enable a suitably skilled IT technician to be able to build the exchange environment. The Config guides will be used to build the Pre-Production environment (called Build by the customer) by the Exchange consultant and then re-used by the customer to build the Model office (supported by the Exchange consultant)
