Architect - Call Centre - IVR - Genesys - Contract - Melb CBD

You will be working for a leader in telecommunications and information services in Australia. Based in Melbourne CBD, conveniently located close to public transport, this company is recognised for both their digital connection and content.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Call Centre Architect you will:

- Lead the development of the customer solution architectures and provide technical leadership throughout the customer project delivery life cycle in the Contact Centre domain
- Ensure that customer solution architectures, and supporting processes, are developed to comply with set standards to ensure repeatability and supportability of solutions
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for individual business initiatives based on Contact Centre domain expertise
- Manage key external stakeholders relevant to the achievement of business objectives, primarily customer IT and architecture representatives in conjunction with customer business and Project Management staff

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
As the ideal candidate you will be able to demonstrate:

- Demonstrated understanding of typical Contact Centre business processes and operations
- Relevant industry certifications in vendor technologies including: Genesys, Cisco UCCE, Verint, NICE and IVR/Speech application development
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practice methodologies such as ITIL, Agile, Waterfall and PMBoK
- Experience in architecture, design and deployment of complex (ie large-scale, high level of technical specification) Contact Centre technology solutions to meet customer requirements
- Deep domain technical background, including implementation experience, in one or more vendor technologies: Genesys, Cisco UCCE, Verint, NICE and/or IVR/Speech applications
- Demonstrated understanding of related technologies including virtualisation; web technologies; voice and data networking; SIP and IP Telephony; and database architecture
