Architect / Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician / Architect required to work with a boutique, architectural studio in North London.

Our client is a boutique, architectural studio that has been in the market for the last years. Based in North London they are looking to strategically increase their staff numbers due to continued growth and project needs.

They are looking to hire. an Architectural Technician or Architect with as much experience in the Education sector as possible, especially delivering technical drawing packages. They are about to embark on a large-scale Education scheme and preference will be given to those with previous experience on Education projects.

NBS Specification writing is essential, as is the preparation of planning application documentation and the production of construction and detailed drawings . A strong understanding of current building regulations, BREEAM Assessment knowledge would be advantageous as would report writing including feasibility studies, etc.
