Project context:

Ensure the business continuity activities during the transition between 2 compagnies in order to ensure business continuity during and after the end of TSA (Transitional Services Agreement) "Contribute to the consolidation of the role of the Enterprise Architecture for Support functions solutions (the Enterprise Architecture needs to establish and gain credibility in front of the businesses stakeholders and within the IT organization)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and operate the maintenance activities on KTP application
- Support and administrate treasury solutions on the following scope:

o Functional aspects: cash pooling, cash management, forecasts, accounting, SSI, EMIR, P&L, Current account management, FX, Loans & Deposits, Commodities, Swift (MT940, CFONB120, MT101, MT210, MT300), etc.
o Technical aspects: ERP settings, interface and script DOS maintenance, PL/SQL Oracle

- Ensure the consistency between KTP application processes and the entire treasury application interfaces (corrections, prevention, evolution.
- Ensure the level of end-to-end service
- Collect business demands from users
- Being the functional and technical reference on the perimeter of applications
- Act as subject matter expert for Treasury Management System and interfaces between different systems to support current and future operations
- The documents to be supplied by the service provider are: Progress report Functional/Technical Specifications Business Process Descriptions Documents and products supplied by the service provider must be supplied in accordance with a schedule that is to be specified by the service provider in his/her proposal.
