Architect - 6 to 12 Month Contract - Kilmarnock

* ARCHITECT - 6 TO 12 MONTH CONTRACT - KILMARNOCK.*

Our public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for an ARCHITECT looking at the delivery of new build schools, new office developments, major refurbishment and alterations to existing facilities.

Desirable Experience:

- 3D CAD Training
- Formal Architectural qualification
- CDM Regulation knowledge or experience
- Working experience on computer aided design in respect of a diverse range of construction projects
- Delivery of high quality architectural services within budget and on time from inception through design and production information, contract procurement, project planning and site operations
- Management of employees and co-ordination of workload
- Preparation of contract documentation/specifications for projects subject to EU Procurement.
- Experience with Term Contracts
- Knowledge of building maintenance regimes
- Understanding of Best Value arrangements delivered in an innovative and forward thinking way
- Previous experience of public sector projects such as School builds.
