The assignment:

For the GBS department we are looking for an architect who is asked:

- Creates Solution Architecture for the Electronic Mail Traffic Options Facility.
- Defines the requirements (and frameworks). These may also be building permits, non-functionalities, storylines, epics, enablers, capabilities, PRA-I, Architectural runway.
- Mapping of the changes pertaining to an impulse/release or estimating the consequences of an assignment. (Report) impact analysis,
- Mapping the products (configuration items) that are affected by the intended changes.

Desired knowledge/experience:
- Knowledge of development processes in the IV chain.
- Basic knowledge of architectural work (see overviews below).
- Knowledge of the organisation of the tax authorities and BZK/Logius.
- Knowledge of the process-broker systems
- knowledge of channel strategy BZK/Logius
- Knowledge Basic registrations and Digi link

In the So-called Letter of Parliament EBV, the State Secretary promised that he would amend the EBV Act so that citizens could opt for digital or analogue (paper) communication with the tax authorities. Systems have to be adapted for this purpose (Tax Office and BZK/Logius), the chosen solutions are anchored in the so-called Solution Architecture. "
