SKILLS:
- The Engineer requires advance knowledge of ICM call routing and design, ICM and IP-IVR application development and design, and call flow design and documentation.
- Services will include the following; i) Implementations services for the CSI team.
- The services performed will be pre-dominantly during the North America business hours (8AM to 5PM ET) and at times during evenings and weekends to meet with customers in other regions of the world.
- The services performed will also be including off-hour and weekend support for execution as required. ii) Execution of project plans as agreed in the project meetings. iii) Attend various project and team meetings as assigned. iv) Provide weekly update
