Rate: £Negotiable
Location: London
Duration: 12 months +

Background:
A multi-disciplined design consultancy within the London area is now looking to add to its team by bringing in some Architects on a contract basis. The successful individuals will work with the companies' multi-disciplinary team on their large scale projects in the UK.

You

As an Architect you'll;

-Qualified Architect with at least 5 years' experience post part II build project experience
-Responsible for team and project delivery on a day to day basis
-Have previously demonstrated experience of pre and post planning stage projects
-Excellent design and communications skills
-Excellent people and project management skills
-Detailed knowledge of UK residential design standards and statutory requirements
