Activities include working across the company's organizations to lead:
- End-to-end MSS service design, delivery and support architecture and processes (M&Ps)
- Order and billing management and reconciliation
- Solution program management (PMO)
- Additional Systems Integration development & training for M2M development
- Customer implementation development (on-boarding, training, solution validation, etc.)
- Customer support development (Tier-2/3/4, escalation, Interface agreements with suppliers, etc.)
- Internal training to support these design, delivery and support functions
