Projektbeschreibung
- The ARCHIBUS Support Analyst is responsible for the customization, enhancement, implementation, upgrade, and day to day operational support of the ARCHIBUS Software application.
- ARCHIBUS is an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), currently used to support Global Facilities Management (GFM) and Corporate Real Estate (CRE).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute in all phases of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle).
- Provide front line user support for our process partners (GFM/CRE).
- Provide basic/intermediate technical support for process partners (GFM/CRE).
- Interview process partners (GFM/CRE) to determine, define and document business requirements.
- Identify report requirements and specifications.
- Identify UI requirements and specifications.
- Identify data exchange (interface) requirements and specifications.
- Document current state and/or re-engineered business processes.
- Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Design custom solutions to process partner (GFM/CRE) business needs.
- Design UI, reporting, and data views within scope of ARCHIBUS' proprietary user interfaces.
- Programming in JavaScript, ARCHIBUS' proprietary AXVW language, and SQL.
- Ad-hoc report writing in Crystal Reports and ARCHIBUS' proprietary AXVW language.
- Prepare, evaluate, and deliver training materials; train the process partner (GFM/CRE) trainers.
- Create, document, and execute system test plans.
- Conduct UAT with process partner (GFM/CRE).
SKILLS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or Engineering, Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years AutoCAD experience, V2012 or higher.
- OOD development experience, using SDLC methodologies.
- 2-5 years development experience in J2EE (JSP, XML, JavaScript, Java), SQL, .NET, VBA, HTML, ASP using RDBMS database structures.
- Experience with an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) or CAFM system such as ARCHIBUS, Tririga, etc.
- Knowledge of commercial Facility and Property management operations and best practices including Capital Projects, Facility, Leasing, Real Estate acquisition and disposal, etc.
- Knowledge of automated business process and work-flow concepts.
- Experience with test driven development; developing and executing test procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, facilitation, training, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experienced in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Access.
- Demonstrated technical writing skills including graphics, particularly user and technical documentation.
- Experience documenting software application requirements.
- Experience Broad knowledge and excellent understanding of a range of common business functions and practices (eg, maintenance management, customer service, records management, policies and procedures, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, accounting system interfaces, and reporting etc.). training required.
