Arcgis Server .NET/Sharepoint Developer

Technical GIS developer to assist in completing an upgrade to ArcGIS 10 SP5.

Developer will:

- Migrate existing ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 applications to ArcGIS Server 10
- Migrate ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.1 applications to ArcGIS Server 10
- Implement TerraGo Publisher with ArcGIS Server
- Implement Esri Geoportal
- Implement ArcGIS Server Imagery Extension
- Implement ArcGIS Desktop 10 within Windows Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Server)
- Develop geoprocessing and GIS web services
- Process imagery data
- Developing geodatabases and aid in integrating data into enterprise geodatabase
- Deploying GIS web edting/mapping applications
- Deploying ArcGIS Explorer configured to utilize Georgia DOT enterprise GIS mapping services
- Conducting performance/unit/system/integration testing of applications
- Documenting technical framework for desigining, implementing, and supporting the enterprise GIS
- Documenting user training materials and system support guides
- Contributing to knowledge base and teaching others
- Developer will also participate in implementations of Oracle Spatial SDO Geometry, Esri Roads and Highways, Bentley ProjectWise, and Agile Assets.

The candidate will have the following skills:

- 3+ years Esri ArcGIS Server .NET API development experience with Silverlight or HTML5
- 3+ years Esri ArcGIS Desktop (File geodatabase development, mapping, analysis, and service publishing)
- Esri ArcGIS 10 upgrade experience with Microsoft Windows Terminal Services or Remote Desktop Services
- Esri ArcGIS for Sharepoint development experience
- Esri ArcSDE geodatabase development experience (database design and managing multi-user editing

ESRI ArcSDE/Oracle geodatabases - ESRI ArcObjects  
- ESRI .NET Web ADF with WDA for web editing of geodatabases in Oracle 10/11g
- ESRI Silverlight/WPF API
- ESRI ArcGIS Explorer
- SOAP/REST, WMS, and KML web services
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2008
- Microsoft Silverlight 4x
- Microsoft .NET C# (CAML, XML, ASP, VB.NET) 3.5 with at least IIS 6.x
- MOSS 2007/2010 sites, workflows, web parts, and content types
- SharePoint Designer 2007/2010
- .NET Web Services (UDDI, SOAP, REST)

Preferred skills/experience:

- Esri Technical Certification - Enterprise
- Knowledgeable in dynamic segmentation and linear referencing systems/methods, transportation data models
- GPS data collection experience
- Oracle Spatial SDO Geometry experience
- ESRI ArcGIS Mobile

The Enterprise GIS team is composed of 4 .NET C# developers, a data manager, team leader, and user support specialist. The team supports over 360 ArcGIS Desktop users and approximately 60,000 annual ArcGIS Server web visits. Applications support GIS portal, feature mapping, project planning, emergency operations, permitting, safety, and traffic records. The team develops enterprise services, applications, and databases. The team coordinates with client, server, network, and database/Datawarehouse personnel to support and develop the underlying IT architecture.
