AR SYSTEM REMEDY EXPERT/BMC REMEDY

The contract is with a large consultancy to be on assignment in the Wavre region in Belgium. The client is urgently seeking an AR System Remedy Expert for a short contract as follows:

SKILLS:

. Industry accredited and highly experienced application developer with over a decade of experience in the BMC Remedy suite of products.

. The ability to perform technical authorship and co-ordinate disparate resources into an efficiently combined whole.

. Understands the benefits of strict adherence to project management discipline

. Capable of detailed planning including identification and prioritisation of inter-dependent and pre-requisite tasks, resource limitations, project risks and budgetary concerns.

. Able to perform process development there by aligning the project goals and objectives to reflect the requirement of the business.

. Considerable experience of integration and automation of many toolsets - including bi-directional interfaces

. Capable of written/verbal communications and presentation at any level.

. Willing to undertake contracts nationally and overseas

TASKS:

. Prepare backups - Database and Code

. Build Export Table

. Test and Document Export table

. Create Attachment Export Script & Execute against slot1

. Execute against slot1 continued

. Create Attachment Export Script & Execute against slots 2 & 3

. Document Attachment Export Scripts and results

. Stop Incident Management Feeds & document Changes

. Build workflow for record population to export table from Archive

. Build workflow for record pouplation to export table from Active

. Test and Document workflow for record population to export table(all sources)

. Create Export Report and triggers

. Document Export Report and triggers

. Create Test Plan and Achievement criteria

. Perform Export of Attachments from Export Table Slots 1,2 3

. Perfom Record Export

. Assess Success, Handover Document.

Short contract 20 days
