AR Accountant (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Booking and allocation of all payments of 3rd party and intercompany customers
-Preparation of month-end AR reconciliation files
-Booking of netting transactions
-Preparation and reconciliation of mismatches
-Preparation of manual invoices (including royalties) and ad hoc credit notes
-Assist in cash collections with the credit management
-Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
-Initiate and assist in system changes (enhancements forms)
-Key performance indicators (indicate how the performance for this role will be measured)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Swiss business education (commercial education or similar)
-Profound experience in the finance environment, preferably in accounts receivable departments
-Fluency in English and solid French skills
-Experience in ERP systems (SAP, JDE) and reporting tools (BW)
-Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
-Communication in an open, clear, complete, timely and consistent manner
