APS6 Technical Writer/ICT Trainer

Fantastic opportunity for an APS6 Technical Writer/ICT Trainer to secure an initial 3 month non-ongoing engagement over the Summer!

Within this Federal Government department with an international profile, you will:

- Work with a technical team documenting the Department's secure communications infrastructure and IT systems, for both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Maintain documentation identifying staff movements and infrastructure changes;
- Create and update organisation charts, maps, spreadsheets, Bay layout diagrams and apply numbered tags to desks when required;
- Provide classroom/one-on-one ICT Training to Departmental staff and Partner Agencies;
- Prepare, review and edit ICT training documentation;
- Assist in the maintenance of the ICT training rooms; and
- Monitor Marval requests for training and documentation service requests and provide application support to clients when tasked.
