Projektbeschreibung
In this role, you will:
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support services for all Satin HI and LO environments including one or more of the following: Windows XP/7 Workstation and Server 2003/2008 environment, Microsoft Office Suite, AD management, SCCM, SCOM, Thin Client (Citrix, VMware) technologies, Blackberry and Lotus Notes/Domino;
- Provide 2nd level support for departmental applications;
- Provide technical advice as required on the hardware and software configuration within the department's SOE;
- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment and support of IT infrastructure;
- In conjunction with managers, prioritise, analyse and complete tasks according to the nature and urgency of the request;
- Develop and implement changes to departmental systems strictly in accordance with departmental change control procedures;
- Ensure that the tasks and progressive action history are duly recorded and concluded to the client's satisfaction;
- Transfer skills, provide documentation and exchange information on all relevant aspects of infrastructure, software development and support;
- Maintain data and office security and system integrity in accordance with Departmental Security Instructions;
- Provide assistance as required in administration for training, development and testing domains;
- As required be involved in the on-call roster and provide out of hours support; and
- Other tasks as directed.
