- Appsense Environment Manager
- Appsense Application Manager
- Lumension Endpoint Security
- Assisting in level 2 service resolution.
- Providing documentation for knowledge base articles.
- Providing training to junior staff.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in at least one of the following software products:
- Appsense Environment Manager
- Appsense Application Manager
- Lumension Endpoint Security
- Experience in provisioning level 1/2 support in a complex ICT environment.
