37.5 hours per week, 2 year apprenticeship
This is a great opportunity for an Apprentice to join our client's IT Technical Support team based in Weston-Super-Mare. You will be part of a team of infrastructure and service desk professionals ensuring the efficient, stable, reliable and secure operations of their technology. You will be the first point of contract for the team providing a flexible, responsive service to customers.
Our client is looking for someone who has ability to work in a customer facing role, capable of working with and supporting Windows 7 or 8, Office 2013 and MS Lync. You will be able to understand current IT infrastructure and networks, have a can do approach and well developed interpersonal skills.
You will be expected to complete the BCS Level 3 Certificate in ICT Systems & Principles during the 2 year apprenticeship.
This may lead to a permanent role within the team.
Our client is a leading housing association providing affordable homes for rent and sale in Somerset and the West of England.
