APPOINTMENT SETTER - TELESALES - COLD CALLING - 3 MONTH CONTRACT

Are you confident on the telephone? Do you have a drive to gain new business? If so, my client who are a global energy company are looking to employ an Appointment Setter on a 3 month contract basis. This an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of a great company, this will also be a great name to have on your CV.

The main purpose of this role is to contact businesses by telephone in order to set up sales appointments for the Corporate Team.

Responsibilities include:

- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
- Handle customer questions

The potential candidate must have the following skills:

- Candidates must be confident enough to be making calls to new potential customers.
- This will primarily be a cold calling role so candidates must have a confident manner about them.
- Relevant experience in sales, Marketing or Telesales
- Experience of the Energy Market would be beneficial but not essential

This is a great opportunity to start or progress your career within a global energy company. This role will be paying £20,000 - £25,000 Pro Rata and will have the possibility of the contract being extended.
