APPLIKATION-MANAGER(IN) IM BEREICH HANDEL

ARBEITS-BESCHREIBUNG

-Applikationssupport im Bereich IBM Cognos TM1, Data Warehouse und ETL (SSIS)
-Analyse und Spezifikation von fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen
-Schicht- (07:00-16:00 oder 09:00-18:00) und Piketteinsätze
-Mitarbeit in Fachprojekten für die Umsetzung von nichtfunktionalen Anforderungen
-Kleinere Entwicklungsaufgaben im Rahmen des System- und Problemmanagements
-Regelmässiger Austausch mit Stakeholdern in der IT wie auch im Business, z.B. periodische Abstimmungen mit dem Applikationsverantwortlichen seitens Applikationsentwicklung.
-Definieren von Nicht-Funktionalen resp. betrieblichen Anforderungen in Projekten
-Mitarbeit innerhalb eines Projektteams zur Umsetzung von neuen Regulatorien mit Hilfe von IBM Cognos TM1

KENNTNISSE

-Höhere technische Ausbildung/Weiterbildung im Bereich Informatik
-Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in der Informatik mit der Konzeption, Konfiguration und Integration von Applikationen und Systemen sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung mit IBM Cognos/TM1
-Erfahrungen im Cognos TM1 Umfeld (Rules und Turbo Integrator)
-Gute technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Data Warehouse und SQL Server Integration Services
-Gute analytische Fähigkeiten zum raschen Auffinden von Problemen im Bereich Incident- und Problemmanagement.
-Belastbare und kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Erfahrung im Betrieb von Handelsapplikationen
-Bereitschaft um ausserordentliche Einsätze (Schichtarbeit und Pikett) zu leisten
-Freude am Auffinden und lösen von Störungen in komplexen Systemen.
-Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
-Engagement und Teamgeist
