In the name of our customer we are currently searching for some Applications Support Engineer - APM (m/f) Project Context Supporting Application Server for distributed applications (not server instance and OS layer). Supporting implementation and onboarding of monitoring tools with a focus on APM (CA Wily suite & HP BPM).
You have experience in the following domains:
Linux and/or windows operating system
Web- and Application Server environments (IIS, Apache, WebLogic, JBoss, )
Application Performance Management tools (HP BPM suite & CA Wily CEM + IntroScope)
Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, )
2nd level support and incident management
ITIL base organisation
Solid background in application infrastructure management.
Further more, knowledge of one or more of the following domains is an asset:
Nagios and OpsView
Duration: ASAP, 3 months +
Location: Souverain (Watermaal-Bosvoorde, Brussels)
