DUTIES:
Support and Operations.
Maintain stated service SLAs for all customer requests.
Work with the other onshore and offshore Support team members to collaborate on solutions.
Work with business partners as needed to understand requirements and requests.
Perform all necessary product administration duties in support of the markets.
For example, product and pricing changes, sales target updates, account and territory alignments.
Support and configure Siebel eConsumer 8.1 and associated OBIEE and Informatica environments.
Ensure all workflows, interfaces, and processes are monitored and maintained.
Assist in the full SDLC life cycle in support of change requests/configurations to the environment.
Follow appropriate Governance & Compliance processes for technology engineering, project management and application support.
Possibility for regional travel.

SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid communication skills
Siebel CRM (Rel 7.7 +)
Veeva Systems
Must be able to navigare through inbound and outbound systems, including SAP and Java Technologies
4-7 Years, IT/Technical and Network Engineering/Network Support
