Personable Applications Support Developer required: - Maintain development and implement support services.
An established IT Services & Consultancy company has a job on offer for an experienced Applications Support Developer. The role involves an initial three month contract based in Dublin city centre, with the option of extending it for a further nine months.
This innovative company has a vacancy due to their on-going expansion, and as a result a new role in their Managed Service Practice as an Applications Support (.NET/SQL Server) Developer has become available.
It is required that the ideal candidate should have both technical and personable qualities for the role. A minimum of three years commercial experience is required, as well as .net programming experience. Most importantly the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with undertaking support as well as development work and have proven support experienced.
The successful candidate needs to be a strong communicator and have excellent presentation skills, and should be comfortable to present to large user focus groups. The role also has an emphasis on efficiency, and it will be required of the successful candidate to be innovative and provide reliable solutions within given timeframes.
