Applications Development Technical Lead
Our market leading Financial client is currently looking for an Applications Development Technical Lead who is expected to lead globally distributed development teams in building enterprise-level applications used around the world. The ideal candidate will have a background in .NET web development at an enterprise level aswell as proven experience leading a development team.
Skills:
*Experience with leading development of client-facing applications.
*Strong analytical and business skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Excellent project and process management skills.
*Experience working in an innovative environment.
*Experience with managing development of enterprise level end to end software applications (UI, Middle Tier, Backend Integration) is required.
*Experience with developing Frameworks.
*Experienced in development using Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, ASP.NET MVC 3.0, JQuery, AJAX, Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML/XSD and SQL.
*Knowledge of Web Services, Security, SOA, Design Patterns.
Knowledge/Experience:
*Demonstrated people and project management skills.
*5+ years of software development experience with 5+ years of technology project lead experience is required.
*Negotiation, difficult conversation management and prioritization skills.
*Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities.
*Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
