This is a fantastic opening with the team that develops tools that are used to evaluate the quality of new end user experiences for our high-visibility client. We are looking for someone that can help a wide range of different teams use these tools effectively by providing direct technical support (e-mail/phone/in-person), helping fix problems in the tools, creating proper documentation and developing new tools to make the whole process easier.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Please apply only if you meet the requirements below:

- Excellent customer service skills: strong user empathy, passion for helping others, fantastic communication skills, rock-solid problem-solving ability
- Website Design experience: HTML/XML/JavaScript knowledge
- Scripting Language experience: Perl, PowerShell, or similar
- T-SQL, script, stored procedure expertise
- C# or C++ experience a major plus
- Experience writing user guides and prior support experience a major plus
- Ability to learn new internal tools and processes

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Helping with development of new workflows to generate metrics
- Creating and Updating Websites
- Debugging
- Responding to e-mails
