Applications Developer

The University Recruiting Team is looking for a.NET and Web Applications Developer to support large scale business processes. This employee will work with cutting-edge technology and will be primarily responsible for supporting the University Recruiting team's internal workflow application in.NET and JavaScript.

Responsibilities include:

- Support and communicate development schedule progress to Program Manager.
- Manage project to baseline schedule and escalate any scheduling or resource limitations to Program Manager.
- Work with PM to understand desired system functionality.
- Build technology architecture specifications as designed by PM.
- Communicate development status to project management and senior management.
- Tasked with bug prioritization and problem solving.
- Work with members of project team and vendors in accomplishing objectives.

Must be a strong Developer with solid communication skills for both technical and non-technical persons. The ideal candidate will be able to gather requirements from those without deep technical knowledge and advise on the best way to build a technical solution to meet these needs. S/He must have experience with JQuery,.Net/C#, and HTML5/CSS development. Experience with Workflow (WF4), SharePoint, ASP.NET and Azure are preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience/training required.
