CORPORATE APPLICATIONS ARCHITECT & SUPPORT MANAGER (FLUENT FRENCH)

Location: Paris, France
Duration: Min 6 months and can be extended, start ASAP
Rate: Euros €600/day All inclusive

MAIN ACTIVITIES

The Corporate Applications Architect & Support Manager is in charge of the following activities:

BUILD:
o Provide full technical support to project managers
o Is involved in vendors selection to ensure a first level of triage about compliancy with our architecture standards
o Challenge vendors solutions design and participate to Integration projects if needed
o Liaise with global Enterprise Architecture board and facilitate global approval if needed with already structured information for solutions to be analysed
o Liaise with I&O team in order to ensure the available infrastructure components are available for the application implementation, and facilitate build execution
o Assess a first level of application performance

SUPPORT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT:
o Organize applications support with the different internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach about the way support is delivered for these applications
o Make sure that all Incident and Change management process are duly implemented and respected by all parties, installing a strong change control culture within this scope
o Define and regularly review the support KPIs
o Ensure regular review of applications performance
o Build and maintain the applications versioning roadmap And identify significant milestone If Any

APPLICATIONS KNOWLEDGE:
o Structure application documentation from Design to Run, with architecture and technical angles
o Make the link with Enterprise Architecture approach an BPLO referential

MAIN SKILLS

This is an overall senior position (8years+) with multiple skill sets, ranging from Applications Architecture, project management, negotiation, communication, capacity to convince and influence, and change management.
It requires a strong ability to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders.
