APPLICATIONS ARCHITECT, CRM, MICROSOFT DYNAMICS

Applicaitons Architect required and will work  within the Application Architecture function reporting to the Principal Application Architect. The Application Architecture function is a key component of the Agency's Enterprise Architecture capability and will: The Application Architect must have experience of Application Architectures associated with Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Sharepoint and Master Data Management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS.

- Experience of Application Architectures associated with Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Sharepoint and Master Data Management [ideally the] Visionware product
- Experience of planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Architecture Frameworks (eg TOGAF etc.)

Ensures architectural products meet future customer needs

- Able to work effectively at all levels of the organisation with the ability to identify and  influence key stakeholders to move toward consensus
- Clarifies and communicates the application architecture to stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation; this includes written and verbal communications as well as presentation skills

People - Developing people performance 

- Team player, helps develop the skills and knowledge of the team to enable the production of future application architectures and roadmaps

Performance - Achieving and improving and planning for delivery 

- The ability to visualise and create high-level architecture models that can be used in analysis to  identify options which underpin proposals
- Can apply architectural principles to application solutions to improve business performance
- Is able to explain complex models, processes and change in a constructive way to a wide audience
- Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities

Collaborating with colleagues 

- Is able to collaborate with all areas of the business to define current and future state architectures
- Sees the wider agency picture and develops transition plans and roadmaps which deliver business quality improvements
