Application Technician

My client, a large consultancy, is looking for a 2nd line support, immediately to be based in Stockholm, for the next 6 months.

The ideal candidate must have experience as an application technician, including applications support (2nd line), trouble-shooting, error analysis, configuration and installation of applications, experience in the area of Windows applications and environment, general knowledge in systems integration and handling of requirements, experience in maintenance of applications in the production environment, been working with purchased systems and the integrations of these in an existing environment, able to document well, understanding TCP/IP-based networks, experience in Windows Server 2008/2012, Citrix and VMware, Understanding ITIL, Incident and Problem management. Experience in hand-over to Operation and roll-out activities, knowledge in web applications and Scripting, basic knowledge and experience in MS SQL and Oracle, experience in Tomcat and Apache, automatization experience (powershell).

Previous experience in working with Sales Merchandising-systems, experience in Windows based scanners, experience of management system SOTI and windows mobile scanner devices

My client is looking for the candidate to work in Stockholm, so ideally you have to be ready for F2F interview immediately.
