On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for an APPLICATION TECHNICAL ANALYST. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Produce infrastructure and program specifications
- Work with upstream and downstream connected applications
- Analyse, verify and oversee the movement of application infrastructure into a highly secure environment
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 5 years of experience working in a technical-oriented position with a large, multinational organisation
- Knowledge of:
- Oracle
- WebSphere
- Java
- MQ
- SQL
- Linux Experience of reference data management applications
- Large data volumes
- Data design
- User interaction
- Data/business rules
- Banking experience ideally within the FX
- Familiarity with RUP/EUP
