Application Systems Support Manager-ITIL-NHS-Leeds

Systems Support Manager, Application Manager, Software Development Support Manager, ITIL required by a public sector, NHS, Health organisation based in Leeds, North Yorkshire.

You will offer previous experience of software development and leading application support teams.

A detailed understanding of ITIL required-KPIs and SLAs

To manage and be responsible for an IT Development Teams Systems Support Team.

It is essential you have managerial and operational knowledge of IT Systems and the extraction, analysis and interpretation of data from these.

The role will entail a deep understanding of development, release and deployment management in an Agile environment and will be responsible for defining standards relating to release and deployment

Desirable Technical skills from the following:
