Candidate must have 2-3 years' experience with Visual Basic. Have worked in a Desk Side support role for at least 1 year. Must have 2 years working with SQL Databases. Have experience working with and developing Client Management tools. Direct experience with CA's client management tool a plus
Provides technical support to the team responsible for a subset of business systems applications. Provides assistance in one or all areas of applications that includes testing, design and analysis. Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
