Application System Developer/Analyst

STATUS: 11 Month Contract

POSITION OVERVIEW:

They are currently looking for a Systems Analyst who has experience developing software.

This Systems Analyst will participate in developing software to test components for some of the organizations products, administering MySQL and Sybase databases, maintaining and supporting Web services and Web applications and administering/supporting Sun Microsystems computers and Linux, SunOS, Solaris and Dell Servers. A qualified candidate will need to have experience designing, implementing, testing and documenting software and experience developing Java/C applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of database/system administration and software development experience
- Hands-on experience administering MySQL database management systems and Sybase System 10
- Administration experience with systems running Solaris 2.6, Linux and SunOS 4.1
- Software development experience using C/C++, Java and relational databases
