Applications Support Analyst

We are currently recruiting an Application Support Analyst.

The successful Application Support Analyst must have experience in:
- Deployment, configuration, administration and support of Microsoft Windows based, n-tier enterprise software applications (examples may include core banking solutions, large scale CRM, front and back office trading, or similar).
- Experience of change control management (Serena TeamTrack is the tool currently used)
- The Application Support Analyst would have worked in an Information Technology environment that has responsibility for supporting or managing multiple line of business applications (the Application Support function is responsible for the support of over 150 business applications)
- Interacting with users of software applications
- Organising own activities on a day to day basis
- Managing time including providing task effort metrics
- Regular reporting of progress to line and project management

Overall objectives of the Application Support Analyst:
- Day to day administration of bank software applications
- Servicing of Requests for Work relating to application configuration and administration Servicing of System Incidents relating to application configuration and administration Configuration change management
- Planning of configuration changes for application deployments
- Quality control of configuration changes (testing)
- Quality assurance of configuration changes (process compliance)
- Coordination with Service Desk and administration for incidents and problems
